I’m the CEO of Cortex Security, Luxembourg, developing cutting-edge technologies to protect computer systems from ransomware attacks.

Previously, I was a Research Associate at the IRiSC group at the University of Luxembourg. My research interests have been centered around defense against cryptographic ransomware.

I obtained my PhD in Computer Science at the University of Luxembourg, where I was advised by Gabriele Lenzini. My work to detect and prevent ransomware was generously supported by the FNR (2018/20).

Jun 17, 2021 Our paper Practical Exchange for Unique Digital Goods was accepted at IEEE DAPPS 2021.
Oct 14, 2020 Successfully defended my thesis Analysis, Detection, and Prevention of Cryptographic Ransomware. PhD is now officially completed! :mortar_board:
